Support Our Voucher Program
Mineral County Pioneer Council (MCPC) is a community organization concerned with access to transportation for our neighbors living in Mineral County, Montana. We are currently the only provider for transportation in the county.

MCPC works with the Missoula Ravalli Transportation Management Association to provide transportation options in the rural communities of Mineral County into the Missoula area. Our transportation program serves everyone - seniors, individuals with disabilities, low income, and the unemployed. Rides are given to local medical clinics, specialists in Missoula and life essential services.
Our primary objective is to make the service both affordable and reliable.

Did you know that many of the elderly who qualify for services through Medicaid for their health coverage lack access to these same services? This lack of guaranteed access is a critical unmet need and a continuing problem for many of our seniors and disabled. This is why we've started our transportation program-to help meet the needs of Mineral County's transportation disadvantaged.

Our program serves the entirety of Mineral County providing trips to Missoula, Plains and Superior.

Mineral County Pioneer Council Meeting

MCPC holds council meetings at the Superior Volunteer Fire Department (105 Cedar Street, Superior MT) every 4th Thursday of the month at 10 am.

A group of volunteers with a representative from the Montana Transit Association meet to discuss the needs, changes, challenges and costs of providing public transportation in Mineral County.

These meetings are open to the public and they are always looking for more to be involved and even become drivers.
